Extra control in phone calls

Companies can now request an extra control when using BankID in phone calls.

Extra control has earlier been available for web and app. We have now added the possibility to use extra control for identification and signature with BankID in phone calls.

Extra control can be used when you have a more sensitive customer case that require extra security. You can ask your customer to scan their Swedish passport or national ID card to confirm their identity an extra time. It could be useful in cases such as; when giving out sensitive customer information, signing or updating a customer agreement or a when doing a larger monetary transaction.

Safety for both customer and employee

Customer calls are a quick and easy way to help customers. But sometimes you might want to double check that it’s the right person you are talking to. Extra control in phone makes the customer and employee feel confident about the handling of customer information and personal details.
