Accessibility report
The report refers to our applications for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac and describes how BankID meets accessibility requirements. We also describe any known accessibility issues and how you can report deficiencies to us so we can address them.
Finansiell ID-Teknik BID AB is behind these applications. We want to make them accessible to as many people as possible. Legal requirements regarding digital accessibility don’t directly apply to us, but since BankID is used as part of many services covered by the legal requirements, we have decided to publish this report.
Accessibility of applications
We are aware that some parts of our applications are not fully accessible. However, we haven’t found any problems that mean a complete “stop” for any user. See the Inaccessible content section below for more information.

Contact your bank if you are refused a BankID or experience issues getting started with the service.

How we have tested the applications
Certified accessibility specialists at Axess Lab regularly conduct reviews of our applications, as well as tests with people who themselves use various technical aids.
The last major assessment was made in March 2023.
