Sample code and demo now available

2023-09-14

To make it easier to implement BankID in a secure and correct way, guiding sample code is now available on Github.

The sample code generates an open demo where the implementation can be seen and tested. In addition to the identification and signing flows, formatted texts for both flows can also be tested.

Adjustments will be needed

The purpose of the sample code is to help developers understand how to do the implementation. The code can’t simply be copied and pasted, but needs to be adjusted to work with your system. For example, communications between your front end, your back end and the BankID server will not automatically work.

React and Java

The front end is written in React, whereas the backend uses Java, but you can use other code languages. If you do, we believe the sample code will still be useful in showing you the methods and principles.

Support

In spite of our many service partners and end users, we are a rather small company. That means we can’t help you with your code, reviews, tests or similar. If you need help with your implementation, please use our technical guide or reach out to a retailer who offers this help. There are several to choose from. Thanks for your understanding!
