New look for our support website

Soon, the design and structure on our support website will be changed. The site will have more content, better search functionality and a modern look and feel.
Updated design
The website will have a new design and structure. The image below shows the new start page.
More content and in more ways
The site will feature articles on different topics, with more explanatory texts and in some cases videos. The FAQs will still be there, but now placed in context on related articles. For those wishing to see all FAQs, this will be available through a link at the top. Another new part is a glossary explaining relevant words and expressions.
Easier to find content
With an improved search function it will be easier to find what you are looking for. The content will also be devided into categories accessed from the start page.
How it will look
Available in Swedish and English
In contrast to the current website, the new version will be available in both Swedish and English.
Same address as before
The address will remain the same, but to find the english version of the site you need to add "/en" at the end; support.bankid.com/en. This option is not available on the current site and the address will not work until the new version is released.
The changes will come during spring
The new version of the site is almost ready. We hope to release it during April or May.
